The S:HE Embodiment tracker was designed to help women to center themselves in a world full of distractions and incentives to always be in a state of transformation or other than how we are.

The tracker begins with morning silence, committed movement, and a Sankalpa or resolution. The idea with the tracker is that you get clear on your Sankalpa or resolve before you begin, and that that you stay with that Sankalpa for a 30 day period and that you dig in one place and re-affirm that intent over and over again until you’ve moved the needle on that portion of your life.

This practice has helped me actualize goal, create community, and move through barriers in my own life. It works by repetition, embodiment, silence, and turning around our thoughts. My hope is this gives space to women to stop the train on their thoughts everyday and look at the ones that cause us disorganization and harm.

Another key part of this tracker is a love-list, a list of things that we accomplish in a day. For a mother, sometimes that looks like making meals for children or calling a beloved parent. Things that we do not give ourselves credit for. It also helps us prioritize self-care and the things that relate to our Sankalpa. It trains the mind to be with the body and our own thoughts.
