Join Jenna for a fun day of Shoulder Anatomy, Arm Strengthening and Conscious Core work.
Students will have a gentle warm up and then dive into a series of great core stabilizing exercises that make inversions more accessible and fun. The goal of this workshop is to give students the tools to gradually turn their practice upside down.
Using the wall as a primary prop we will advance our inversions bit by bit.
Students should have basic yoga training and the ability to practice vinyasa as a prerequisite to the class. All levels and no free hand stands required, but play encouraged.
Drills will be easy to incorporate into your daily yoga and fitness routines.
Prepare to sweat, play and get inverted.
